Created in 2008 by Angela Clay-Parker from her dining room table after her youngest started full time school in the heart of the countryside in North Northumberland.  After making several items and literally getting the sewing bug and realising what she was doing wasn't half bad with lots of encouragement from friends, family and huge interest and oooo's and rrrrrrr's at craft fairs she quickly upgraded to the spare bedroom making it into a workroom and started attending local Farmers Markets along with developing her website and become a partner with NotontheHighStreet.

Again Ticketty Boo very quickly outgrew the spare room and on chancing upon an opportunity of taking over a workshop at one of her favourite places, The Hirsel at Coldstream in the Scottish Borders, she took the plunge and opened up her own workshop!   Who says dreams dont come true!  Three years later at The Hirsel and still loving every minute of it the family have even relocated to the Scottish Borders to be nearer the workshop!

The business has now developed from a little cottage industry from her spare bedroom to a wonderful exciting business with its own shop, website, partners with NotontheHighStreet, Bouf and featues in national magazines but still with a humble heart with focus on individuality, quality and excellent customer service.

Ticketty Boo designs are made from the best quality linens and cottons and cover a wide range of home accessory products which are not only beautiful to look at but are practical too!   Ticketty Boo concentrates on beautiful applique work handstitched and hand embroidery using a gorgeous mix of colours and fabrics - anything with a dot, stripe, check or flower and you will find it here!

Ticketty Boo also sells a gorgeous collection of fabrics, ribbons, buttons, etc and also stocks East of India and Garden Trading products.
